Got one at the Apple Store today and returned it 5 minutes later. Disliked the look of the buckle, also didn't like how hard it was to adjust enough so it is more snug on my wrist. Really liked the Milanese loop and the build quality but that buckle saved me £200. Back to the excellent Nomad titanium bracelet!

Well at least you gave it a good amount of time to try it out.

So I've got a S10 Slate Ti on the way and was at an Apple Store today and gave the Ti Milanese a try because I love the look. It was on the black Ultra they had on display and, after a bit of adjustment, I found it to be way more comfortable than expected. Usually I opt for softer, non-metal bands but this one intrigued me. Unfortunately there were no "free range" 46mm Ti's on display that I could swap bands with and, given that the store was pretty busy, I didn't want to bother an employee by asking them to find me one in order to do so. So my question is, does this band actually work with the S10 Ti or is it too rugged looking? That said, I've never tried the regular Milanese as I don't particularly care for magnetic bands and think they look a little too much like Jewelry for my taste.

Follow up question, anybody by chance have pics of the black Ti Milanese on a S10 Slate Ti watch? That would pretty much answer all my questions haha. Thanks!

Nm I found a German YouTuber who posted a bunch of watch/band comparisons. Slate with black Milanese looks pretty, pretty good.

Close-up shot from said video. Hard to tell there but he does show that the Ultra connector is in fact wider, making for a slight protrusion from the body of the S10 watch.

And is this pic in fact Slate or Natural? It's Slate, yeah? Yeah?? While in the store I could barely tell the difference in their lighting. What I thought was Slate often looked Jet Black or at times even gold. Ti reflects light super weird.

Not keen on the protruding lugs and colour mismatch on that combo, shame there isn't a Slate version for the S10.

Right. Not the ideal look but I don't think it's that bad. That said, I canceled my order for the Slate Ti anyway haha. Got caught up in the Black Friday deals but I think I'll be rational and stick with my S9 Al. For now... 😜

Has anyone mixed colors on these yet? Black case with natural titanium band, or vice versa?

I just got mine last week and it's great. Definitely don't feel the weight to it and I prefer this clasp over the magnetic one.

I received my Black Milanese yesterday and I love it. It is extremely light and no hair are getting ripped compared to the regular milanese.

I got the Ti colored one for my Ti colored U2 and I really like it now that I got the hang of adjusting and securing it. I will only be wearing it for night out / meeting mode as I much prefer my trail loop for most stuff and ocean band for other work. Nice band though, crazy light and really comfortable.

Probably the best band that I’ve ever had for AW. Light, breathable, perfect fit. I’m using it 24/24: daily activities, running, sleeping.

1. it‘s very comfortable. I am saying that as an ultra Trail loop user. Which I only wore because of its comfort (10/10) not because of its design (6/10).
The new milaniase band is way lighter than a link bracelete und very comfortable. 9/10 comfort.
It is also not as wide as the trail loop which make it look so classy, in contrast to the bulky case of the ultra. My biggest fear was that I couldn‘t close the clasp in the dark. But after one night that was no big deal anymore. 10/10 for the design.
2. the clasp does not touch the body of the MacBook. So no issues so far.
Looks awesome! That band is a 100% match that gives Ultra a super premium look compared to any bands out there in my opinion. Wear it in good health and enjoy the beauty!

It really is a stunning band and it’s my favourite one ever released.
I love how breathable it is and its been perfect for sports but I do worry about it scratching the watch’s sensors back and also the durability of the end where it’s soldered by two small points onto the band attachment.
Those two tiny solder points don’t look durable and I’d like to see someone stress test this band.

That seems like a weak spot prone to issues. I just got mine a few weeks ago and love it. I wonder how much stress is required to cause this to snap off. I would definitely bring this to an Apple Store for them to examine.

Even for Apple, $199 for a band is outrageous! Got an eBay knock off for $20 and it has several advantages over Apple. Color is perfect and no scratches after 1 month. Apple band is very difficult to latch, need perfect alignment and it’s a struggle to lock. The links on Apples band are long so they don’t wrap around the attachment link smoothly due to their length and sometimes when removing the band it hangs up on the attachment link. The knock off links are short so they wrap around nicely, never hang up and latches easily.
