i had an idea why the americans are beign charged first: change the Americans first as it takes longest to get there watches out as the country is both larger so need to to get the watches out first to get them to the customer by Friday, as well they probably have the most ordered (at least in the English speaking countries)

However long it will take for them to get over from China (Likely already happened) and then each shipping hub process each shipment. I'd GUESS another 24-48 hours?
