Was holding off not sure should I update to 8.2 or 8.3 just incase a new Jb comes out probably would be for 8.2

As Apple does not officially communicate on these matters, this is the closest we will get to info. I'll take a bunch of Apple fans running a tweeter account more seriously than a random into employee, well in my opinion anyway.

Me too, and if you look back, they have been correct previously on stuff similar. I say they are a good source for what is happening. Maybe not ideal, but some hope at least and the best we've got.

I don't know why everyone is saying these aren't being preparing for shipment I got charged and status changed for my 42 mm space grey with black band and I got order cons at 3:02 am that Friday

Where in the world are you located? Judging by the date format I would say the US.
I believe the SS models with black sport bands are the ones having issues. I've seen a bunch of SG's moving

Yep, me. One prepared to ship (no applecare), the 2nd with applecare had the applecare charged... but no preparing to ship.
Both SS classic band 42mm. The one preparing was ordered at 3:01 on the dot (eastern), the other 10 min later. Both still show 4/24-5/8.
They also have a reputation hit if they BS. I'll trust them, probably very passionate apple fans
They don't. Apple does not communicate at all.
This account though is run by employees who work for apple in an unofficial capacity, they even state it.

I am hoping they both ship at the same time, if not the boss (aka wife) may take mine till hers comes

Maybe it is that I worked for Apple, but I am pretty sure that they would have to sign a NDA just like regular employees if they are in anyway working for the company. IMO

Why? So you could say you got your money taken a bit earlier than everyone else?
If your order is supposed to ship on Friday, it will. If not, it won't. Your SKU won't affect your chances.
