Oh, geeze.. I was trying to make the call whether or not to work from home Friday based on if I get the notification. If this is a possibility, I may just have to do it anyway. :\

Right but it's not the 24th yet and apple never said if you don't get a notification by this time then your order is held up.


your watch is probably much closer to home and won't ship till tomorrow night.

Angela doesn't control operations or the supply chain. Try blaming Jeff Williams if you are upset with how the launch is going. The only thing Angela is in charge of is customer experience in the stores and on the website. Operations = Jeff Williams; Marketing = Phil Schiller.

Bummer, I tried using my phone number on FedEx reference tracking.. but all I got was "This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender."

Did people get access to shipping labels when a plane landed on anchorage or when one landed in Louisville??
 
So I just check my reference number again on UPS and it just changed to "Voided Information received"?! What?! I called UPS and they said that the order was canceled by the sender. So I called apple and they said it wasn't canceled but didn't every hear about voided information. They couldn't explain it. My Apple Watch still says Preparing for Shipment. I'm freaking out a little now. I have no clue what's going on now. Not sure what to do.
 
Mass arrivals from Asia at PANC start at around 11am AKDT (Noon Pacific) and run for a few hours. The Watch is reportedly being assembled at Quanta Changshu, which would make Shanghai Pudong (PVG) the port of embarkation.

As with the iPhone launch, a connection may happen at Seoul (ICN) as there are several regional flights moving freight from PVG to ICN - Apple has used a combination of UPS, FDX, Polar, and KAL in past launches.

So Watches could possibly be on any of today's arrivals:

Only means a label hasn't been scanned in yet.. New England deliveries only take 24-36 hours from the hub in PA.

That's what I did. Now my UPS Choice page says that it will be held at my local hub. I made sure to ask if I will be able to pick up my package on Friday and that it wouldn't delay. Though I guess they could be lying and just say that to appease me. Hopefully Friday morning I can go there and pick up my watch...
