Anyone seen any movement in AL? I ordered the 42mm Classic Buckle with 4/24-5/8 window but still "processing".

Excitement is fine, otherwise I wouldn't be here! But people saying they are going to call Apple and rip them a new one because they don't have shipping notification yet? People calling UPS and Apple about non existent (at least officially) tracking information? You're more likely to disrupt the process and potentially end up without a watch because of it. Anyway, some of the reactions on here seems a bit childish, hence my comment.

Then skip the pacifier and go with something more terminal. I agree. Bad mouthing and tormenting apple is not the way to go. If Apple could double their inventory over night they would. I don't want to but can live without getting my watch Friday. That said, I may whine a little if I don't get it. A pacificier won't do the trick at that point so you will need to offer me something a little stronger .. Gin and tonic maybe. Either way, we all deserve a little whine with our cheese without being called babies.

Did it tell you on your order status page that there was a problem with your card? I'm hoping that if my Apple Pay transaction is declined because of a wrong billing address, I'll be able to update it instead of just having my order canceled!
Yes, it happened to me too, because I had used a temporary card that is linked to my new bank.

It was a yellow box with red (I think) letters at the very top that informed something went on with the payment!

Besides, isn't the magic of Apple worrying we won't get our stuff on time, and somehow "magically" having it arrive on our doorstep the 24th? Doesn't mean I'm still not worried, but hey, when you're this excited about a product, the worrying is good. Sort of.

Same here. Not sure why some buckles are still processing for some. Makes me feel a little better to know I'm not alone.

Do you think it depends on the type of watch? :(

sorry....:(

Most definitely, and I certainly didn't mean to make you feel bad about being happy. I just noticed your topic about it being a 2nd wave and responded quickly.

You have every right to be happy about your purchase(s). I'm disappointed that others of us "didn't do anything wrong" and feel like we were misled about when we might be receiving it. I'm sure it has EVERYTHING to do with the fact that I wanted a 42mm Space Grey Sport (but to be fair, everything that was available for delivery on launch day had the same window -- so Apple did not make it very clear which ones they were going to struggle to meet demand on.)

Again, please enjoy your new watches! It's ok that I'm disappointed -- I don't get to "win" every launch.

I dont see it happening.... I might be wrong and might be on the next drop coming in while im sleep.

me either

Mine just updated to preparing to ship. I checked my bank account and I've been charged as well. I'm in Oregon. Try not to freak out until after the 24th. I didn't think it was looking good for me either. Still, I don't know if that means a delivery on the 24th or not...

Ordered a 38mm SG Sport, still no update in Seattle. Got my confirmation at :04. I'm less worried about getting mine delivered right on Friday and more worried that my Apple Pay transaction will get declined... For some reason this order defaulted to my work address as the billing address and Apple can't change it without canceling the order and making a new one, putting me in the back of the line. REALLY can't wait for that charge to go through my bank!

I had the same thing and the ApplePay went through yesterday and my watch was charged and shows preparing to ship. I can see the transaction on my bank account too. Normally the CC would verify the billing address and decline, must be something with the secure link with ApplePay that doesn't require that info.
I would relax and not worry.
By the way, I have since changed my address in ApplePay on my device, just in case it does a live verification, also the ApplePay last 4 account numbers are different on my iPad and iPhone so I made sure to change both to my home address.

Haha! I remember you too! Compared to that, this launch has been smooth and stress free lol. Did you get a watch too?

I remember how F'd up the T-Mo launch was! I was CONSTANTLY checking the forums wondering where my iPhones were. Then, they magically appeared at my work. This is why I'm not worried about the watch situation.

Yep, waiting on a 38 SG and 42 SG. This has been a cakewalk compared to that fiasco. I learned from that ordeal to just preorder as soon as they begin to take orders, then decide later.

I am not sad! The sad face was for you... to show sympathy for you not getting the information that you want to see yet. But I think you will! ;) Thanks though.

seriously? your signature says you have an iPhone 6 plus gold t-mobile... no way you had that delivered on launch day...

Ya, I went through and changed my default billing with Apple Pay. Thanks for the info, I can stop worrying about that and go back to obsessing on a ship date! :D

Thanks!

Does UPS open the crates and ship them to us directly (i dont think so)? Or does the crates full of watches go to an apple distribution center first, and then back to ups to go to us?

Crates go to the Apple distribution center first then back to UPS. Apple has to pack your product for shipping and put a shipping label on it. Do you think UPS is going to do Apple's job? I think not.
