I received the EOD last night (Email of Death lols). The apple watch has yet to hit my bank for the charges prior to lunch today. When I got back from lunch I noticed the charge was finally there.

Its progress at least ;-)
 
A friend just told me that he ordered 38mm regular sport with blue band for his wife a day or two ago and it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. That is interesting as that means that some lines are not sold out at all. His 42mm sport is not yet scheduled.

Pretty sure I've seen references elsewhere to the blue selling really poorly and Apple giving it out to developers, or something. Sorry no source, something I picked up skimming.
 
Just got shipping notice. So in the past 13 hours my watch has gone from "processing," to being charged, to "preparing" to "shipped."

As I suspected, the watch was already stateside and being held in a local distribution point. This is why the movement happened so late to mine, whereas others were getting charged and seeing movement on Monday.

Now, the shipping finally makes sense to me.

The first order of mine (38mm SS Black Classic Buckle) was the first to preparing for shipment on Tuesday. Low and behold, it is coming from California's hub which leads me to believe that this watch had already been in the US.

The second order (42mm SS Black Classic Buckle) came through as preparing for shipment on Wednesday. This one is coming from the "mega" Mt. Juliet hub in Tennessee.

So, everyone that has a processing order? You might\will be waiting for your watch to come over on a plane from China\Hong Kong\Taiwan.
 
42" stainless milanese loop, ordered 3 minutes after launch. I got the EOD last night, cc charged about 1/2 hour ago, status changed to Preparing for Shipment just now.

Not much could kill my mood today. Right before the notification that I get my watch tomorrow instead of monday my boss called and told me a transfer I have been waiting for almost a year for is happening within the week! Now the only think that could make it better is a shipping notice for my (s)lime green band that matches my work uniform.
