UPS info updated yesterday that the order is "ready for UPS" and the stuff is in Rialto, CA. I have a feeling it is on the way to Seattle, but somehow they forgot to update it. Should I call Apple?

You still have hope? How did you learn the package is in CA?

IT HAPPENED! 5:28pm CST today, for my 42mm Space Grey Sport. Order confirmation 2:03:33am CST on the 10th, charged today around 12:45pm CST, and went to Preparing for Shipment around 2:30pm today!
 
Just got off the phone with Apple. I'll be the first to say I don't take much of anything their reps say seriously, and the way this rep was fumbling around doesn't give me much confidence - but she did say they are expecting more charges to come through any moment and they expect to be charging and shipping all through the night - no specified cutoff time.

Charged this morning around 11 AM PST, switched to "preparing for shipment" around an hour later, and switched to "shipped" at 3 PM PST, received shipment email from Apple shortly after with "delivers: 4/24 by standard shipping."

This is exactly what happened to me. Just I am in Phoenix, Arizona instead.
 
Out of curiosity, it seems like no one who ordered a Watch with a pink sport band has seen shipment. Similarly, it sounds like no one who ordered a 38mm Space Gray sport model has seen shipment. I'm not trying to pour salt on wounds, just trying to see if that's really the case, because it's an interesting data point if so.

I have not heard anything from Apple. Credit card is pending, I was able to track my package on ups site last night before I went to bed (finally). It says "shipped / billed: 4/23/15" and on location it as the city. It is 2.2 lbs for the sport watch. I really want to have it tomorrow so that I can post on Craigslist to see if anyone who ordered and has a 42mm SS wants to swap for a sport and I can pay for the difference. I know Craigslist can be sketchy, but we will see.
