Out of curiosity, it seems like no one who ordered a Watch with a pink sport band has seen shipment. Similarly, it sounds like no one who ordered a 38mm Space Gray sport model has seen shipment. I'm not trying to pour salt on wounds, just trying to see if that's really the case, because it's an interesting data point if so.

The vast majority of people on this thread have not had anything material happen yet, and most are orders within the first 5min of sale, independent of the configuration bought, I find it extremely hard to believe Apple did not anticipate or could not manufacture in the past two weeks enough inventory to fulfill orders made in the first 5 minutes of sale.

This is not a kickstarter... Apple has probably more experience with the logistics of these things than any other company in history seeing as how just about every product they've released in the last several years has had the exact same scenarios....

It's unfathomable to me that they did not have at least millions of inventory for the first wave, of which 12:01-12:05 PST is perhaps a fraction.

Finally shipment notification

Apr 10, 12:05 am PST, CA, 42mm SS ML - Order
Apr 22, 8:00 pm PST - EOD
Apr 23, 11:00 am PST - Charge & Prepare for Shipment
Apr 23, 3:40pm PST - Shipment notification.

I have not heard anything from Apple. Credit card is pending, I was able to track my package on ups site last night before I went to bed (finally). It says "shipped / billed: 4/23/15" and on location it as the city. It is 2.2 lbs for the sport watch. I really want to have it tomorrow so that I can post on Craigslist to see if anyone who ordered and has a 42mm SS wants to swap for a sport and I can pay for the difference. I know Craigslist can be sketchy, but we will see.

Okay, you're ahead of me, then. Mine says, "Ships by today." But that's it.

How do you know there is another wave?

Alot of people are starting to post they are going to preparing for shipment, both in this thread and in several others i'm following closely. it's Possible that more planes landed recently, but i haven't been following those.

Thought I would post this to help anyone out in my situation. My tracking number is still not working for UPS so I really wanted to know what type of service I was going to get (overnight, two day air... etc) So I did some investigating I found out that the 9th and 10th digits on the UPS tracking number tell you the kind of service you are on.

01 UPS United States Next Day Air
02 UPS United States Second Day Air
03 UPS United States Ground

Mine 01 so even though my tracking number is not working I'm fairly confident i will be getting my watch tomorrow.

Actually quite a few of these are shipped. The mods just keep merging a 38mm SS BSB thread with other threads so they are tough to find.

Ah, I was trying to help OP on his Sport Band info request. I feel for him since he had a pink band.:(

Location? Sacramento here, still not shipped, but I have a UPS tracking number. Where is it shipping from?
