42mm SS Mil/Loop
Ordered at X:10
Received EOD
Processing
Texas
No CC Charge
ApplePay

Yesterday I spoke with AC Supervisors who are "confident" I will receive order next week—4/27-5/1. (I called about another matter and asked to "Oh BTW, could you check please...")

No need to stress out over it. I've been using Apple products since 1987. They're the best at this process.
Just enjoy the antici...pation.

I would check the flight schedules. I do believe there are still flights coming in today. They are doing next day shipping, so if the planes land today/tonight, you should still be able to receive your watch by Monday if your status just shows processing. I couldn't believe it changed so fast. This morning said it was processing and then later on today said shipped.
Im thinking that anyone that has received the EOD's process is changing faster and those people are receiving their items first.
Not sure if im 100% right about this, but thats how the pattern has seem to go

...unless it's for pink. No movement whatsoever on those.

Exactly the same stats as you. EOD, Texas, 42mm Milanese, x:10. Hopefully I'll have them by end of week.

I do not see my apple watch yet in my Support profile

I will give a few key factors that are slacking when it comes to this process:
1.) Apples website will be stuck on "Processing" while your card has been charged or if there is a hold on the money. Also when checking your bank account, make sure to check whats available versus what is there...
When I log onto the app it shows me whats there and I have to log fully into my account to see what is available.Once that charge is pending, it should process fairly quick (Depending on who you bank with).
2.) Bank Accounts (In General): It seems like when Apple goes to charge certain people, the banks themselves shut down or have complications. I could not log onto my account until later this morning. I asked customer service if the glitch came from Apple charging peoples card and I was told yes , to the point it shut the system down, which would cause for delays in others being processed while their system is doing what it has to do.

But the best bet in all this is to keep up with the flights. Once Mine was not delivered yesterday 4/24 , I checked the flights and there was a plethora of flights that were coming in today, so I figured it would be today or early next week. Those flights are still coming in and that would be your best bet in keeping up with the tracking.
It appears that the 42mm SSBSB,SSCB and the SGBSB are the 3 most popular ones that seem to get pushed back or delayed...

Ive noticed that as well, when it comes to that configuration.
I will however stick it out with you all to see how long Apple takes to Deliver everyones watch that ordered within the first 30 minutes

My 42mm SG Black Band is shipped and UPS tracking has it for delivery Monday (although I arranged to hold it and I will pick it up).

I ordered at 12:04 and 26 secs and I got charged last night around 8pm and it shipped today around 11am.

I've noticed from comments, some 4/24-05/08 orders didn't receive their EOD from Apple until Thursday. It looks like the EOD wasn't sent to everyone at the same-time. Just curious if the time you received your EOD was in relation to your pre-order time-stamp. If there's a detectable pattern, it may help fine-tune when we could expect the current "processing" orders changing to shipped, ect.

Example: 10K pre-sales w/time-stamp of 02 received the EOD @ :05
17K pre-sales w/time-stamp of 03 received the EOD @ :06
19K pre-sales w/time-stamp of 04 received the EOD @ :07, ect...

Well... Checked my order status again... Still shows processing items.. Figured what the heck.. Clicked the chat option. Advisor confirmed they saw the order, when it was placed, and that a pre-auth on my card for 1 dollar had occurred . Beyond that only confirmed 4/24-5/8 window and asked if I knew how to check status at Apple order status page (LOL). So still right where I was before... But I guess it is a piece of mind knowing the order is there :). Come on Apple.... I'm ready, I'm ready, I'm ready :)

How do you respond directly to a post? New to the forums.

Also, I ordered at xx:04:22. Got the EOD around 9pm on the 23rd as well. SoCal.

The uncertainty sucks. At this point, I just want to be charged. At least I would know nothing in my credit card/banks end is slowing up the process.

I ordered the Classic Buckle, which seems to be in rare supply. I'm guessing thats the hold up.

Just tap "quote" located bottom right. What time exactly did you receive your EOD?

Glad you got that reply because they gave me a runaround.

So my ups package is coming Monday the 27. Do you know what time next day air usually arrives if I pick it up at the warehouse I could do that and not have to miss work.

That's what I'm doing. It tells me I can pick it up starting at 9:30 AM on Monday so I'm assuming the evening before/that night sometime
