My order isn't showing up on the Apple Store app but it is showing up when I go to the website. Cause for concern? Anyone else have this?

Exactly the same for me.

Yeah my husband is having the same issue. But he called to make sure that they could still see it on their end and they said everything looked fine so we have a our fingers crossed that everything turns out okay haha

What watches did you guys order? Could it be related to that?

How do you go about being notified from FedEx and UPS?

You create a free account with each. With UPS it's called "My Choice", I forget what FedEx calls it. Try downloading their iPhone apps.

It's pretty handy. UPS doesn't ring my bell, and I don't enter my house thru the front door, so it's easy to miss a package. But after UPS drops off the package I get an alert on my phone within 10 minutes at the most.

How did you order? App or website? I ordered via app and now can only see on website. I consider the website to be authoritative, and your call to Apple seems to at least indicate that's the case.

Ordered through the app and yes I agree, I trust that the website is correct. I am sure we would have received an email saying it was cancelled if that were the case! Or at least one would hope!

I searched and can confirm it is legit. Like others say, that may not prove anything but I can confirm it is a genuine Apple Watch serial number for the model shown in the original pic.

Was it week 11?
I think it was week 11 that I checked one that was in a store picture

pretty sure you can also manually add a product to your support profile if you have the serial number.

One thing I did was enable an email alert via my credit card's website for any transaction over $100. I use that as an early fraud alert but the side effect is I expect it to also help with the Apple Watch monitoring.

When I ordered a new set of BT headphones yesterday, for example, I received an email alert from my credit card exactly 31 minutes after my Amazon order confirmation. And given that Amazon may not have pushed the charged immediately to my card, I think that's pretty fast and can be used as yet another indicator of when Apple is moving forward with Watch orders.
