Ah yes, the overwhelming excitement at the prospect of a cable you can't use until you get the watch. Still, they can always look at it, get it in the perfect position for charging and imagine what it would look like with a new toy attached to it :D

I was just poking fun at the masses who logged on earlier in panic that they would be receiving theirs on the 8th. I am personally a big fan of the app too. And yes, mine says by.

They should know, just from the loyal following of people buying iPhones after iPhones every couple of years, the more information given=more watches bought. I know plent of people in my life now who wouldn't think of switching from Apple iPhones, but don't really understand the watch, the average masses. But Apple still has their loyalty!

They released the guided tours on the last 2 Wednesday's. I suspect the last ones will be this Wednesday b
 
I still say the people that are in the first wave should get there watch on Friday, but if we order extras i think we should not expect them until later

Absolutely, I do like a new toy launch around this time, or mid year. I admit I get a bit excited about it, doesn't matter how old I get I always manage to become an excited wee boy again lol.

I plan on setting my cable up with some nice romantic candles, and plugging it in, making sure it fits nicely on my table. Oh, I can't wait for the precious cable to arrive, forget the watch!
 
Let's try to get this thread to 100 pages before anyone gets a "preparing for shipment" notification.

I get off work in an hour and can start the drinking game.
 
I'm planning on embarking on a 3 day strip club bender. Won't even think about the apple watch until Friday morning
 
I like how Apple has two buttons in the order page saying "Cancel items", one of them larger and blue-er than the other.

It's like it's saying "come on, you know you want to ;)".

because it kind of makes sense that some people will get there watches friday, since the Apple stores have apple watch workshops starting Friday, and you need you iPhone and Apple watch to attend the workshop, If apple thought the watches would not be delivered on Friday, then they would not of planed for a workshop on friday
 
And soon Europe will be handing the reigns of this thread to the U.S. ...... Though I expect the Aussies to get their shipment info first :)

Life as an Apple Watch...

I'm not sure what time it is, I think its around 9pm? It's been a long 24 hours! I'm pretty sure I left the warehouse in China yesterday? Siri told me that I'm destined for the UK! (How amazing is she, thank god she speaks Chinese!)

I feel like a secret agent, no one knows where I am right now and Apple have no plans on telling them mwahahaha! I am uncomfortable though in this rectangular box! it feels like an apple coffin - can you guess which model I am yet?!

I can't wait till someone opens me, I'm fed up of this box! Anyway, I'm on 97% battery now, I've only been out of Power Reserve mode for all of a couple of minutes so I'm going to switch it back on now! I'll give you another update soon!

Over and out from Apple Watch Sport 42mm Space Grey, or as you now know me... Mr Grey - no, not the 50 Shades Mr Grey, the Apple Mr Grey ;)
