Not delayed. Something cannot be delayed when there is no release timeline. Neither comex nor the Dev-Team has ever offered any information about release. For all you know, it's ahead of schedule.

fully agree... I never understand how people can call something as delayed when no release date has been given

This issue has been know already for at least a week im guessing. Even in the video Jay Freeman did he mentions the FaceTime and Appstore not working.
It would be dumb of them to release a JB that breaks core functionality of the phone. I never download/update apps via iTunes.
Planning on selling my phone on eBay. Do you guys think I should go ahead and sell it now before the value plummets, or wait for the jailbreak and unlock it to sell it? The phone's new and sealed, if that helps answer my question.
