Jailbreak is available when its ready. I'll wait a month if need be.
The most important thing is that it is done correctly. Nobody wants a jailbreak that crashes the phone and / or disables some of its best features.
tbh - I havent used FaceTime yet (or need to), never touched iBooks, and can just download the Apps through iTunes.
I can wait, but I wouldn't mind sacrificing those features, but I know others may want/need them (not like they're going to release it anyways for that matter).
Wasn't there once a jailbreak release that messed up certain features like YouTube app not playing but they still released it anyway? They later added a fix on cydia. Can't they just do that now?
Anyway, I'm patient and not in a hurry, I've gone like 1 year without jailbreak, a month or two isn't that bad for me =)

Yes, that was long ago back in iPhone days. Back then Cydia didn't exist and all we had was Installer (which was good). The fix was called YouTube Activator. Basically, force activate the YouTube feature when the iPhone was hacktivated.
I know some jailbreaks have also broke push notifications. And wasn't there something with blackra1n or snow that caused a pretty nasty crash after using a while?
Those as far as I know was the cause of unlock, not jailbreak. At least the last it was the past couple years.
I'm fine waiting for JB on it when all the features still working. I really only want mywi.
I was wanting myWi too, but luckily handylight came out, now I don't mind waiting a little bit longer.
The things I'm really waiting for in the jailbreak are SBSettins & tethering. But I found something interesting on my IP4 last night. I'm on the unlimited data plan, grandfathered in, and my tethering option is there and works! Something held over from the 3GS jailbreak. And no, I did not change my plan. I've checked it even after using it.
I can't wait to use 3G unrestrictor, especially for YouTube. My friend made some videos and was trying to show me them on my ip4 and the video was so crappy over 3G it's not even worth watching.
Just to let you know all iPhone 4 and it might be ios4 has tethering enabled in the settings so be carefull not to run up a big bill.

FaceTime doesn't work with 3G unrestrictor it already been tried.
