Go to http://appleid.apple.com

Then click on "Manage Your Apple ID".
On the next page click on the link that says "Forgot your Apple ID?"

Then put in your name and your current and prior emails and it will try and find your login.

Yeah, do this? If you cannot do this to retrieve your lost info.
It's 100% stolen.

Wonder if the OP realizes that certain people could use that case number to find out personal information about him. Like address, and phone number, etc. Not a great idea to post that.

The best way to deal with activation lock problems is to sign into your iCloud account and delete the device from Find my iPhone.

Activation lock will now be off for the device, and you can activate it without issue now.

How do you delete devices on iCloud.com? I can only view all the devices in Find my iPhone on the website and there are basic functions like the apps on iOS, but I don´t see an option to remove the devices. Not that I need to remove any one of them, but just curious.

Thanks for this. Just received a company owned Ipad back from a user who decided to change the appleId on the device to thier personal account. Yet another reason not to give out admin passwords but when the owner of the company tells you to do something..
