Ditto. In the Apple Store app on my iPad and iPhone the reservation was there but now it disappeared. I do have a confirmation email so hope there's a phone there for me when I go to the store on the 16th.

when you're on the iPhone ordering page on the mobile site, near the bottom it has 'chat with us , I think
Just got done with my chat regarding the "The Page you're looking for can't be found." error.
They said they believe it's because the system is overwhelmed and recommended that I either try it again later or call in my order. They said the upgrade program can be done by phone as well.
I'll probably see what happens today and call in tomorrow if it doesn't start working. It says I have until tomorrow at 4 PM PDT.

I'm getting the same "page you're looking for can't be found" message and now my one time code is expired and they're not texting me a new one. I have a security passcode on my AT&T account so I don't know why it's giving me a temporary code. I'll just try again later.
Same thing happened to me twice. And after this happens, ATT stops sending me my PIN when I try again, so I can't get through to checkout. Still unable to finish my order! Ugh.

ATT send me one PIN and then after a couple hours they sent me another PIN. In the interim, they locked me out of trying for too many attempts after I tried and was not getting PINS.
Still can't access and finalize my order. What's killing me is not even knowing the delivery date.
this is BS no phone support no website support and no chat support but I MUST REPLY within 24 hours!!!

Same! I had a 9/16 delivery date and I'll be really upset if I lose it because they can't get the servers working. I gave Apple a call this morning and they are supposed to call me back today to take care of it over the phone.
If you set up a call reservation on Apple's site they'll call you within an hour. I'm talking to a sales rep right now.

Click on Apple ID and Password, then choose a time for a call.
I received my email and I tried to checkout but I received the message "The page you're looking for can't be found"

I decided to try to start from scratch and it allowed me to go thru the process. I got a delivery date of Oct 4th-10th though. I would likely have been part of the launch day group if I didn't do this, but at least it's over.
Now I just have to hope it gets here a few days early because I'm going out of town on 9/30.
