Just spoke to an Apple sales rep. They are very aware of the problem and are correcting the flawed programming right now and asked for patience. She couldn't complete my order.
Was she able to tell you a delivery date based on the reservation number? I can't check my number because I've since placed a second order but I'm willing to cancel it if my reservation is guaranteed for the 16th.
No. She could not. She essentially had the same information I had.

Just remove the "/US" on the link when you receive the page not found. Then go to your bag and you will see the iPhone with the delivery time at the moment of the reservation.
I really don't know because I was so scary that I pre-ordened from AT&T a Pink model so I be sure that I will receive an iPhone on launch day. So now I can't test on Apple because it's say that I habe already upgraded (the one from AT&T). I'm trying to check if I can show to Apple that I already paid the phone but I want the one that they (Apple) have for me not the pink from AT&T. But I guess I can't do that :$That worked. After removing it, I was taken to a login screen and once entering my apple id and password it took me to the pickup/delivery option screen. There were no devices left for pickup, but I got my 7+ 128 GB Rose Gold for delivery on 9/16.
Thanks! Think I'll try with the girlfriend's number when she gets home. Will I be able to see the date after entering her credentials, then change them to mine before ordering?
Don't want to risk the 27-29th delivery on my other order for this one. I may end up with something worse.
EDIT: Actually, I should probably unsuspend a suspended number on my own account and do it that way. That contract is ending this week anyway.

I dont see how this works... I still get error on where to pick upGuys, if you click on the link that the email says, and then instead of entering your Apple ID you log in through the reservation number and your phone number, you will able to place the order with the delivery estimated at the moment you receive the error and the reservation number. Mine says to Sept. 16 but I already pre-order through at&t... I'm waiting for an Apple spanish assistant (I speak spanish) so they can tell me if they can send me the one that they are holding for me and at&t sell the one they will ship me to other person .$
Having the same issues. Removing US works, but when I get to checkout, I'm unable to select a delivery option. Pick up is unavailable at all nearby Apple Store, and they won't let me ship to my house because they think I might need to pay a deposit, despite ordering on a two-year contract. What a mess.
