Did anyone else get "...but we have reserved an iPhone for you"?

I got the same message. I couldn't buy on Apple page with VZW. It says that I may be I need a deposit! Have a perfect credit scoreSystem gave me a reservation number. Apple should make its shi! togerther.
Just spoke to an Apple sales rep. They are very aware of the problem and are correcting the flawed programming right now and asked for patience. She couldn't complete my order.

After removing it, I was taken to a login screen and once entering my apple id and password it took me to the pickup/delivery option screen. There were no devices left for pickup, but I got my 7+ 128 GB Rose Gold for delivery on 9/16.

Was she able to tell you a delivery date based on the reservation number? I can't check my number because I've since placed a second order but I'm willing to cancel it if my reservation is guaranteed for the 16th.
No. She could not. She essentially had the same information I had.
It was a waste of 45 minute hold time.
Thanks! Think I'll try with the girlfriend's number when she gets home. Will I be able to see the date after entering her credentials, then change them to mine before ordering?
Don't want to risk the 27-29th delivery on my other order for this one. I may end up with something worse.
EDIT: Actually, I should probably unsuspend a suspended number on my own account and do it that way. That contract is ending this week anyway.
That worked. It appears I can proceed to pay but I'm afraid I'll break something with my reservation. Has anyone had any luck completing the transaction after going to this page?
I really don't know because I was so scary that I pre-ordened from AT&T a Pink model so I be sure that I will receive an iPhone on launch day. So now I can't test on Apple because it's say that I habe already upgraded (the one from AT&T). I'm trying to check if I can show to Apple that I already paid the phone but I want the one that they (Apple) have for me not the pink from AT&T. But I guess I can't do that :$
Shouldn't it show a delivery date before ordering, like any other order? Even if it does it afterwards, I can always cancel it. I'm on hold with AT&T to reactivate a suspended number just to see this delivery date.
Having the same issues. Removing US works, but when I get to checkout, I'm unable to select a delivery option. Pick up is unavailable at all nearby Apple Store, and they won't let me ship to my house because they think I might need to pay a deposit, despite ordering on a two-year contract. What a mess.
Removing "/US" worked for me, too. Everything went right through. Was able to get on the Upgrade Program online, this is my fist time enrolling, but my wife is enrolled. Is this how I was able to avoid having to go to the Apple Store to sign up?
Guys, if you click on the link that the email says, and then instead of entering your Apple ID you log in through the reservation number and your phone number, you will able to place the order with the delivery estimated at the moment you receive the error and the reservation number. Mine says to Sept. 16 but I already pre-order through at&t... I'm waiting for an Apple spanish assistant (I speak spanish) so they can tell me if they can send me the one that they are holding for me and at&t sell the one they will ship me to other person .$
Worked for me as well with a 9/16 date. Were you able to complete the purchase from this screen?
Yes, I just successfully placed my order by removing the /US from the long link. It preserved my original ship date as well.
So I reactivate my other line and AT&T is asking for a one time passcode to check my eligiblity. Didn't do that for my other number. I no longer have access to that other phone. Ugh.
EDIT: I may be able to use the AT&T messages app to view it online. So many hoops to jump through just to see a delivery date.

Locked out of my account because the flip phone associated with the number is not receiving text messages, or is receiving them too late. Is there any around having to enter the code? It didn't ask me any of this for my other number, just my account PIN.
