I am not going to buy an "in demand" product at BB ever again after my iPad 2 debacle. I was 2 traffic lights from the store one mornning on my way to work, I call and they said they had "plenty" of 16GB WIFI only models in. I asked what "plenty" meant and the guy said he couldn't give exact inventory over the phone, but that it was quite a few. I was in the store in exactly 4 minutes, ask an employee to get one for me, and without even checking anything he says "we sold out". Im standing there 15 minutes after open looking at a completely dead store with only 1 cashier and no one in line.
I asked him how that was even possible when I had just called and he says "I'm not sure, we just sold out, that's it". I asked him how it was possible in a dead store with only 1 cashier to go through that many that fast and he just stared at me.
I got one the next morning when the Apple store opened. I don't care about the Reward Zone at this point, I am not going to do business with them period, I'll let the Apple store have my business, especially for accessories where this is a tone of margin. If BB is going to do business like that then forget it.
