Did you buy an Apple watch for your partner as well?

I myself was in the market to get a watch that could track fitness and do notifications as well. So it was a no brainier to wait for the AW, as it would go well with the Apple ecosystem.
I am glad that I hold off getting a smart watch for a while. Because the AW for me is the best looking one out there. So here is a shot off his and hers.

Hell yeah, im the wife, I bought the hubby one! 
I was not convinced of buying one for myself, but my wife asked me if i was going to order one for me, to get her one she was excited about it, so i decided to order 2 sport watches one pink and one black, still waiting for them to arrive next week.
My wife prefers Aluminum, and i think is the color that looks better with all the colors of sports band, that makes it more attractive to women that might want to change the color of the band depending on their clothes, for me space grey and black band is the best and i don't think ill be changing the band.
It depends on the woman. We are all individuals with different likes and dislikes, just like the guys.
The simplest way to find out what she likes - ASK her.
I got my wife a 38mm SS with the Pale Pink Modern Buckle as a surprise. She knows I'm a bit of an Apple evangelist, so her reaction was along the lines of 'Well of course you did!'. It's growing on her, but I think when WatchOS 2.0 drops she'll see a lot more use out of it.
Know the feeling, I had to watch my wife enjoy her watch for a month. While mine was still in processing mode. But it gave me something to look forward to, seeing hers in action.
Now that I have had mine for 7days, I am really loving it. And we send each other heart beats and drawing all the time.
Update of sorts. Wife has had hers a week now, and she wears it from when she gets up in the morning, till she goes to bed (except while showering). She absolutely loves it.
She's ran with it every day, between 3 & 6 miles per day with it, along with everything else it does and has around 40% battery left at bedtime. She's always been a bit of a tracker, but the activity rings and whatnot have really appealed to her. It's a new source of information about herself, and she has it on her wrist.
I had a bit of doubt about it before I ordered her one, as she has a few watches that she never wears, and I wondered if an Apple watch would have the same fate. Not now. Whenever there will be an update to the watch, I'll order her another one without question.

My boyfriend has an android phone so am Apple watch is out of the question. He's been moaning about his note 3 a lot lately so he might be ready for conversion
I typically get the Apple products for my husband. We are both gadget geeks but I'm the one more willing to spend the money . The watch is his anniversary present so he will get me some nice birding binoculars.

I have one and my girlfriend wanted nothing to do with it. Now after playing with mine she said she is going to get one.
I ordered a pair... his/hers on Wednesday June 10th. 38mm sport w/white band & 42mm sport space gray.
The 38mm is in PFS already and mine is expected in the June 22-29 time frame.
