Lol $60 days??I declined but think I have $60 days.
Lol $60 days??
But yes I purchased it.
That typo!
I keep reading though even people on here with Apple Care has to jump through hoops.
Bought my AW with my credit card, so I'm covered for the included 1 year warranty and Costco/Citibank covers me for years 2 and 3.
EDIT - if I had opted for AppleCare, then the Costco coverage wouldn't start until AppleCare ended.

Yes, that's true. Other than a smashed screen, I'd be hard pressed to damage it myself. It's waterproof, so I don't have to worry about dropping it in a pool. That only cover defects. Apple care covers incidentals as well at a charge that's cheaper than buying a new one

I guess it could happen, but I've never broken a watch that I was wearing. I can't even think of any time I've ever banged the crystal on anything. That's the one thing I worry about. Catching a corner on a table....
I did not buy it for my original AW Sport and it still looks like new. No scratches on the face, the body or chipping whatsoever after one year.
I just bought a Space Black SS S2 and I did not buy it this time either. As long as I continue to live a charmed life with respect to my Watches, I will not need it. 😀
At first I was leaning towards buying it, but then I'm like the only two things that could happen is it falls on a concrete or tile floor face first or catches a smack to the face. I'll decide in a couple days.
[doublepost=1480638360][/doublepost]For those that purchased apple care over the phone or tech support did they really have to remote into the actual watch?
Nope they didn't for me, just took the order number, serial and my name, that was it. No remote testing or anything.
Think it's still possible if the watch was purchased at like Best Buy you can still buy Apple Care from Apple?
I believe you can buy Apple Care no matter where you purchased it. Just give them a call.
If the original sale date can be proven to be <60 days, yes. Good luck if you don't have a receipt (from new). Apple isn't cooperative with open box items from Best Buy. They will probably tell you to take a hike if you bought used. Pro-tip: if you buy open box on Best Buy.com, you can add Apple Care at the time of sale. It forces it to be added to a used/returned item, somehow.Think it's still possible if the watch was purchased at like Best Buy you can still buy Apple Care from Apple?
