Did you order to have one shipped @ ATT store?

This all depends on your location and the route the delivery truck has. Mine was shipped on 7/29 from Ft. Worth to Memphis (Fedex hub), then out here to Sacramento on 7/30 at 7:45am. It didn't make it to the ATT store I ordered it from until 1:29pm.

Only thing I can suggest would be to F5 that Fedex tracking site every so often. When you see it hit "Delivered", make a bee line towards that ATT store, and get your phone.

Ordered mine yesterday afternoon. Hopefully it will get here before August 16th, before I goto chicago!
 
i cant get my order status to work

i cant figure out what im doing wrong. ive tried all the different ways and it always says that my info isnt in the system or something like that. i ordered on the 26th so i kno it should atleast be in the system.

HELP ME PLEASE lol any ideas?
 
The white phone I ordered for my wife last Tuesday shipped Saturday and will be at the store tomorrow (Monday). Glad I didn't pay for faster shipping.

So for the white phone, it will be 6 days from order to pick up.

When checking your order status from the AT&T site where you put in your order number use the AT&T store's zip code instead of your zip code then it will pull up your order status.

omg thank you lol i feel retarded i figured i lived in the same zip code as my att store cz im pretty close but its not i checked the receipt thank you...:p

No problem i had trouble with the same thing at first since i only live about a mile from the AT&T store but its in a differnet zip code.
 
Ordered mine (16GB Black) on the 21st and it is finally coming in tomorrow! It shipped yesterday, but since they do not deliver on Sundays I have to wait until Monday.
 
My qty back ordered changed from a 1 to a 0? Does that mean the phone will be shipping out soon?? There are about 60 phones in front of mine that havnt shipped yet...:(
 
How are you guys checking where you're at in line? I have gone to this page:

And have tried searching via Order Number and Wireless Number, and it always says this "We're sorry, but the information you entered was not recognized by our systems. Your order may not yet be available or the information may have been entered incorrectly. Please try againf"

You guys are using the "Order ID: #" correct? And I've tried with both the store zip code and the billing zip code which is my zip code, nothing works, so what the hell am I doing wrong?

maybe your order number? yours is 3k and mine is 222. Idk, I haven't even gotten an email from them yet, but i'm going to call tomorrow.

lol if my border number is an indication of where at in line I am, I'm screwed, I ordered it on the 26th of July, maybe someone will some insight on this can help me out....

I ordered my 16gb black on July 26th

it shipped yesterday (8/4)
delivered to my att store today (8/5)

10 DAYS not too bad... better than waiting in line

YESSSS IM ON MY WAY TO PICK IT UP NOW

Pretty much the same scenario as me. Ordered on the 26th and delivered today. Going to pick up at lunch. Fingers crossed that it will be a perfect and crack-free (the cracks in the plastic, not drug related :D) for the months/years to come!
 
I ordered a 16GB Black on 7/26 and am still waiting. The status for back-ordered changed from 1 to 0 yesterday and is now back at 1. However, seeing that there are others who ordered on 7/26 who have now had theirs shipped, I have some hope that mine will ship today!
 
their shipping is half-assed at best. Unless certain phones are more accessable to ship, why does it look like they are randomly shipping orders out? smoe before me in line are getting phones, some ain't

seems everyday the order status changes for me, from 0 back ordered to 1 several hours later.

don't get it, but whatever. as long as I get my phone before the 29th I"m ok

I would try calling your AT&T store I had noticed that last thursday they shipped everyones iphones that had ordered on 7/21 except for mine and someone elses so i called on friday and asked about my order and they said it was in a pending status but on my side it showed backorder still, later that night it had shipped i dunno if something got stuck or my AT&T store had something to do with it getting shipped out.

I order on 8/02 and it shipped today. Will get here tomorrow, 8/08. Only 6 days, thats not to bad!!
 
I ordered mine on the 9th and it still says "in progress" for me. I hope it comes really soon! I see some people say 6 days and others say 10 so maximum time of me waiting is the 19th which is good news. My credit card hasn't been charged so I know it hasn't been shipped yet.

I think this Friday or Saturday would be fair...has anyone tried calling their AT&T store and asking if they had an iPhone anyway to pick up (even though the one they ordered in their name is coming)?
