I agree. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one who ordered a 16GB Black. I am #1 in the que and have been for a few days. Its just frustrating and what makes it worse is that it seems that nobody at ATT has any idea of what's going on. They are usually shocked when I tell them "what I know". In addition, it seems like ATT only hires these wannabe frat boys or dumb girls to work at their stores. I rarely see anyone over the age of 20 years old and they are all useless and fit the "stereotypical" customer service rep you see in the movies.
The guy helping me just thought he is "so cool" I dont know how else to explain it but I had to do everything I could to keep from reaching over the counter and slapping him like the b*tch he was. He was that stereotypical rich white suburban kid dressed like pete wentz from fall out boy. makes me sick, but I guess that statement is more appropriate in a different forum. Either way- the process as a whole is very frustrating and I am now hearing that the ATT Stores are having their DF orders filled based on their sales. Those stores with higher sales have their DF orders filled first.
