Posted this in another thread...not sure why people even care. If you login to your Apple account and see the order in the "order status" area along with a confirmation number, why would you care about an email? The account system is what sends you a phone, not smtp mail server.

I never got mine, but when I check on ATT site it shows the order. It was a bitch to find, I think I had to go to SHOP, then find order history from there.

I didn't get one. I ordered through ATT and it timed out just after submitting. My upgrade date has changed an order status shows in progress.
