"Did you receive your Confirmation Email?" Thread

I ordered at 6am eastern and made a reservation for store pickup on the 24th, took about 10 minutes to get my email. However, it never asked me for credit card info, is that correct?
 
Ordered on ATT around 9:30(est) got order confirmation a minute later.

But now it's showing this lol

called ATT and they said it's something to do with a security check and will be sorted within 24-48 hours..
 
Ordered around 6AM EST from AT&T. Browser froze up twice while processing the order, but finally went through on the final time. Have not received a confirmation email. Bank account has been charged however, and I see the Order Status page now has my phone as 1 Qty Ordered (was Backordered this morning). Also, my upgrade and contract dates have been adjusted.

Man we should have a thread for Premier user who couldn't order on the site cause of the FAN account and who just order from AT&T not through apple cause I know some have FAN account and can get through. This forum went all crazy now lol
 
Finally got an order through on ATT at about 3pm EST. No email conf and status page has no record of my order! Nice. I did print out the order conf page which includes the order number, so I plan to call ATT later today. Not hopeful that those morons will get this right.
 
Charging Credit Cards/Debit Cards

Are you guys saying AT&T charge your card like its it still processing or did it go through? What do you guys know about the back-order that I posted with the image thing??? anybody
 
No...Ordered from Apple for home delivery...Have screen shots of confirmation page, printed official confirmation page, and it shows up in Apple Store's Order Status. Think my bases are covered?
 
Yes I did! I reserved it using the apple store app on my phone and then not even an hour later I got a confirmation email :)
 
finally got my email!

one odd thing though....the spot where its supposed to put your rate plan that you chose is not listing anything lol. i am a new at&t customer but did pick my plan when preordering...weird. it is for in store pickup though so i assume it can be figured out in the store when i go in on the 24th.
 
Many people are not posting their order time in their post, that would help people figure out whether they should have gotten it or not.

1pm ET, no email yet. Do have a printout with my order number though.
 
order finally got through on the apple site for delivery at 148 pm (pst) havent got my email but called apple to make sure and they sent another conformation email havent gotten it, but im not worried.

cant wait till the 24th.:)
 
Went to the ATT store just before 12pm EST and waited behind about 6 others in line, upgraded my wife's as well as mine in about an hour's time. A few hours later the confirmations rolled into my mailbox!
 
woo hoo.. ordered at 11 am central and i just got the confirmation. it took 8 hours and 20 minutes. i also changed my shipping address (from billing to real shipping) and on the email, it reflected the updated shipping address. i just hope this wont be an issue later on :)
