This is why we need phones at all different price points. Somebody shopping for a Ferrari isn't going to be happy with a Fiat 500Hey man, sorry if I come too confrontational, just trying to discuss and learn too.
However you will have to pardon me, you have not made a single point on your original statement.
You alleged a 400$ phone running equal to the iPhone/top android phones and with better battery life. Sorry but it has worse battery life than the 2024 phones which it competes with, and even lost to some androids and iPhones of the 2023.
Also you cannot seriously compare the hardware between both as if they were the same… but the rest I give you it to you, but its personal preference mainly and I’m not knocking it, just like I don’t prefer dealing with android cause I don’t care for the benefits it has over iOS.
So, just to clarify the nothing phone is really a breath of fresh air, a great phone at a great price in a market of expensive phones and I am not saying iPhone is all and be all.
I agree there are androids out there on par, and although I am not the target demographic for the 2a, I acknowledge there are great androids out there.
I'd actually argue the hardware isn't too different. The software experience is though as many things that are more 'baked in' to iOS appear on Android more as app layers instead such as the Wallet app. This is definitely why iOS appears more as a cohesive whole package unless you buy a Pixel or use Samsung's own apps.
