Different Shipping Address for pre-order not possible?

Last year I had the billing address different from the shipping and plus I used an International CC. It went through somehow.

This year Im doing the same thing, so far I haven't received any email from apple. On my att account said that Im not eligible until 2013. So I think It worked again.
