I just do not know what people want Apple to make they seem to want some dream pro laptop. Want is it people want Apple to make?

Are they looking for some dream pro laptop like this.

Need more than a single laptop screen? This one has seven

Who are ”people”? The masses? People in this thread? Apple tries to make the best product for the masses, so from Apple’s success, without being able to ask every person individually, I can only guess that most people are mostly satisfied with what Apple offers. But of course there are people who are not, as is evident from the many different criticisms and requests in these forums and online in general. I haven’t seen anyone ask Apple to make a seven screen laptop like the one you linked, but one of the more common requests is for Apple to make the iPad more Mac-like.

Yes, there is a Mac cult, and an iPad cult, and an iPad Pro cult. And then there are rational people who understand that every device has trade offs and that one should pick the particular device best for one’s needs.
Absolutely true. And I could see why someone would want a MacBook for work that requires heavy typing And I could see someone needing a tablet for light browsing. But a Pro device like an Ipad Pro would benefit from pro software and power for work that requires both pencil, keyboard and portability. There is room for all three, and I am willing to bet the third option would be fairly popular with the masses.

Why would Apple not give the 11” mini-LEDs?

My dream Apple laptop is a 17" MBA-style with almost no screen bezels, socketed, replaceable dual SSDs, and multi-monitor support.

My dream iPad is a 17" iPad Pro with landscape front camera, no back camera, and proper multi-monitor output. Perhaps even to dual-boot. This would supersede the above.

I don't expect either to happen, sadly.

Or Apple that brings out a battery that last what they say.

The MacBook Air Apple say it is 18 hour battery but last only 14 hours.

Or the 13 inch MacBook Pro Apple say last 20 hours but last only 18 hours.

Would these devices have luggage wheels and a retractable handle?

Nope, they'd retain the iPad Pro form factor (aside from the bezel size, as I mentioned).

You'd mainly hold it like a painter's pallet instead of with the thumb and fingertips when not propped up.

Then again, I'm not a weakling that complains about 3-4lb devices.

Been rocking a 6.6lb 17" MBP for 10 years and laughed at the Apple Geniuses that complained of its weight when returning it to me after repairs.

A 17" iPad would be a legit, laptop-replacement device for me.

For now I have to settle with a 12.9, which is comparably tiny.

I think Apple could afford to release low volume niche devices. And for graphic design, a Microsoft Surface type iPad would be great for drawing, but with all the engineering involved to develop, ship and maintain, I doubt they would want to spare the employees for such a device that may not even recover it’s costs much less justify the valuable engineering talent involved.
I think this is where learning to say “no” comes into play.
