Nice little 40mm Nike starter set including the impossible to find celestial teal - $130 OBO

I saw that earlier, it is a good deal for sure.
Celestial Teal is definitely harder to find in 44mm

Purple, turquoise, aqua, pink. Saturated colors, not muted or milky. I want bright!

Hear hear!! I'm trying to get all the good purple sport bands, and by "good" I basically mean semi-saturated or at least dark (super pale whitish colors look terrible with my gold watch, IMO, and I've got no interest in, like, lilac, or lavender. Yawn...). I've got plum and smokey mauve/particle beige, and have royal pulse/black on the way... if this auction that I just yoinked is legit and not a scam/counterfeit (which is semi-likely given the cheap price, but I'm willing to risk ten bucks on a chance at a deal) then the only one left to get will be Moby Dick itself...

Seems unlikely they would have taken an OEM band and put it in the knock-off baggie, especially such a rare color.

Yeaaaaah. Its kinda weird though---why would you also bundle that with a black band, and by a seller with no record of selling bands, real or knock-off? I'm gambling on it being someone who just doesn't care, like, they had a watch, and they decided they hated it, so they're dumping the bands or something.

meh, ten bucks, we'll see.

Yeah... that's not gonna be a genuine Apple band. I mean, it's in a generic ziplock baggie and costs $10! Note that the listing does say "Apple" and lists their part number for Violet Dust/Plum Fog so you could request a return when you get it on those grounds.

Heh, y'all, let me hold some hope till I get it and see! :) I could get lucky (or just be out ten bucks, no big).

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that its some person who got a real one in some totally rando way. Like, one of those mall iPhone repair kiosks where someone brought a watch in and then abandoned it, and they decided, "screw it, I'm going to dump the band on eBay" without bothering to check prices...

LOOOL, yeah, you all were right. Weirdly, the black one looks real (just filthy and gross), its only the other one that's an obvious fake, with the usual cues (no markings, etc.). Can't say I'm surprised, but oh well, was worth a try. Now the question is do I let this person keep their lousy ten bucks or dispute it

Eww.. i don’t know why people are so gross. Especially during these times where sanitization is key.

Honestly, it wouldn't even take a minute with some soap and water before shipping the thing out! Some real grody MFs out there selling stuff.
Hell, I wash and dry mine with (hand) soap or dish detergent every time I change bands on one of my watches. I can’t imagine selling one and sending it like that!

It looks like the coating layer is rubbing off on the Black one. It may not be actual dirt. I had that happen with a Black one I got in a bundle on eBay. No matter how many times I washed it with soap and hot water, when it dried it looked like that. It was gross-looking but actually clean.
