Do I have a reservation or not!?

I saw that screen and then tried the whole process over again and then it let me log in with my Apple ID and now I have reservation.

The pricing is off though, saying $699.

According to AT&T this is my upgrade status:
iPhone Upgrade
As a valued AT&T customer, we can offer you a discounted iPhone upgrade with a new 2-year commitment and an $18 upgrade fee.

Doesn't that mean $199/$299 price?

It states the same on my email confirmation 699. I called ATT and they said I am eligible at the full discounted price + 2 year contract and waiver for the 18 dollar fee.

So I called my apple store and asked why it was 699 and they said that I should call ATT that they should resolve it.

Then I decided to chat with apple and they said the same thing and I asked if on launch day will an apple employee be able to recheck my upgradability at the store? They replied with "I don't know, but I suggest to call the Apple Store a day before the launch to confirm"

You might just want to give your local Apple store a call. Hopefully they'll be able to tell you if your sister is on the list.

I'm fried. I got the confirmation email yet when i check it online with the store i reserved at, it says i don't have any reservations. So if i go to the apple store launch morning, i'm not sure what line to stand on if this is unclear. i guess i'll call the store too.

tried it again and worked for me too. finally asked for my apple id. then came to the page which said "your reservation is confirmed." better than before i guess! just gotta wait for that email...

Same here. I got to a final screen (and printed it for proof) that says my reservation is confirmed and tells me to bring ID, debit or credit card and SSN. But, no email came through.... yet.

I ordered 15 minutes ago. I haven't received a confirmation email, and I also don't see a reservation under the "My Reservations" part of my Apple retail store's site. Despite this, when I tried to place another reservation it says that I can't place multiple reservations with one apple id, indicating that it did receive my reservation. what do people think?

Her:I am unable to confirm any reservations. Did you receive a confirmation or thank you when you placed your order?
ME:yes I did get a confirmation email, but I also checked the apple store at The Grove on the apple.com website and it says I don't have any upcoming or past reservations
Her:It may not be updated with the store as of yet. If you receive an email confirmation, your order is in the system.

The exact same thing happened to me earlier as well, the ONLY time I was able to progress past the choice of store. The system's already told me I owe a deposit, which I must pay in store, so I already knew what the left side of the screen should have said. So I'm also hoping this means I'm all set. Of the three stores here in Vegas, I chose the one inside the most touristy mall in town, hoping fewer locals would go to that one and therefore have a shorter line.

I've gotten through past the 2nd confirmation page and on the left it says "We were unable to complete set up online.", but i went ahead and made reservation.

Still havn't gotten an email, and when checking "my reservations", its not listed. So i'm under in the impression that my reservation wasn't made. I'm trying over and over again until i see something different then "We were unable to complete set up online."

Now it says "Sorry, you have reached the reservation limit. You can only reserve 1 pre-order product per Apple ID."

Got it, here's what I did.
I had her create an Apple ID and sign into the App Store on my phone. Exit the App Store.
Go into the Apple Store app and she is now logged in there. We reserved a phone under her Apple ID and it says it will be available on June 24th.

Thanks man this worked. I am officially reserved!

No, I chose the Forum Shops, since I figured fewer locals would go down and line up at a harder-to-get-to store that is usually packed with tourists.

My mom said she made a reservation, however no e-mail or reservation on Apple's website or on the app. When I try to get one for her, is says they are no longer accepting them.
