'Clearly' a beta, because it is a beta.

The last beta was released a month ago (beta 6 was just a bug fix for iTunes Match). That is more than enough time to fix any issues.

I certainly wouldn't say it was very buggy.

Sorry...since I am not privy to the inside information regarding the state of the new OS, as you must be...just write off my comment to ignorance.

How long have you been on MR? How long have you developed on iOS? How long have you been beta testing apps and which ones? Have you owned all six iPhones? iPads? How about jailbreak/unlock? Were you on the front end of the first JB?

are you sure about that? My local newspaper is reporting that although the Apple IPhone 5S will be in revealed on the 10th, it won't go on sale until the 20th.

In fact Beta 6 was nice and Stable on my Model Number 1429 (Sprint) IPhone 5 and my Model Number 1455 (Sprint) IPad Mini.

I also agree with you that the GM may get released on the 10th, but only to Apple Developer's. The General Public will have to wait until the IPhone 5S goes on sale on the 20th to get the GM.

IMO, If the video is true. There's no need for another beta.

Apple already has the GM and is just withholding its release.

That's becase they don't want us Apple Developer's Leaking it's Release to the Public!

The GM will 100% be released on the 10th in the morning. iOS 7 will then be released three days before the iPhones are available for sale.
