Well?
I personally do push ups, pull ups, and crunches in the morning but I think I'm going to start doing cardio more frequently once I get the watch.

I lift weights and do crunches, pushups etc. Going to start implementing some cardio maybe once every 2-3 days of my workout once I get the watch, specifically some HIIT, which the heart rate monitor would be perfect for. Will definitely help maximize my workout.

Due to having the metabolism of a hummingbird, I have never had to work out once in my entire life.

I figure I might as well now that I'm going to have a bracelet rewarding me for doing stuff.

Don't the think the watch is very good for weight training, which is what I do.

I'm not convinced it will benefit the actual exercise I do (pole fitness and yoga) but, it will make me walk more. I'm such a lazy mare ###

Even before I get it I am more aware that I need to stand up more. I love the challenge to meet the goals it will help me set.

Once I get the Watch I will definitely do some running or cycling on my days off. Quite excited to see how it is all tracked and look at the data on my iPhone at the end of the day.

As a long time FitBit user, I can tell you fitness trackers WORK, at least for me.

I'm pretty religious about hitting step goals, to the point of walking aimlessly around the house if it's 11 PM and I have a 1000 steps left. Drives my dog crazy.

The :apple:watch adds even more functions (movement reminders, etc.), so this will only make things better. Give me a new gadget, and I'm even MORE motivated!

No proper poll option for me:

I already work out, I use another product to track it, and I will start using Apple Watch once I get it

Yes, I go to the gym 4-6 days a week and avg 12,000 steps per day. You can see my tracking method in my siggy. ;)

i currently use a polar HRM for regular workouts and a garmin GPS on the bike.

i'll play around with the apple watch for regular workouts and give it a try on the bike.... whether i give up the polar will be determined by how good i feel the info is that i get from AW.... i doubt i'll give up the garmin on the bike though cuz i like the little maps it makes of my rides :p

i'll still wear my fitbit, too.... if only for the silent alarm.....

I do occasionally.:D

I run an average of 50-65 miles a week and currently use a Garmin Fenix 2. I know the Apple Watch won't give me the level of features or battery performance the Garmin Fenix does for running specific data, but I am looking forward to using the Apple Watch on my shorter runs that only last two hours or so! And I really can't wait to see what the future will bring with the Apple Watch and run tracking!! Without a doubt, it will blow by Garmin in a couple of years...

Same here,i average around 175 miles a month and recently lost my jawbone bracelet. Didnt want to buy another one since i knew i was going to get the watch. Besides i run with my phone in he hand. This way i can just leave my phone in the pocket or belt and use the watch to skip songs etc

I am a runner but i am also a lazy ass. So I have to go more than I do now. I can only just hope the watch makes it more fun for me :).

OP you should have had a question in the poll saying "I work out and plan on using the Apple Watch to track workouts"

The 2nd question you listed does not identify if people will use the watch to track workouts.

I already run every now and then, but I'm hoping to work up the motivation to run outside more after I get my Apple Watch.

I do exercise now plus check my steps with a Fitbit, but I don't think it was accurate. I think many days it got confused on arm movement vs steps. I hope with all the sensors in the AW, that it will be more accurate plus track my pulse rate for more workout feedback.
