Same here! I can't do contacts. Actually, I don't wear glasses either right now. My vision is "borderline" tolerable without needing them, so I prolong it as long as possible. (Last time I had to take the eye test to renew my driver's license, I passed but only with 20/40 vision.) I've seen so many people's eyes get worse once they have glasses or contacts though, requiring ever stronger prescriptions over time. So I think I'm wise to hold off .... although occasionally people surprise me when they read a sign that's still too far for me to read at all.
Lasik sounds appealing to me, *except* again, I don't know if I could sit still for that whole process? It bothers me just trying to hold still and keep my eyes open, staring at some light shining into an eye.

I prefer my glasses when I need them. I have a weird thing with stuff going into my eyes, so I don’t think I can ever do contacts.
