Do You Regret the Color iPhone 5 That You Ordered

I switch each year. I had a white 3GS, a black 4, a white 4S, and now a black 5. This year it was hard to decide, but I ultimately chose black because I'd get bored of white.

Honestly... a little. I got the white+silver but WOULD have gone with the black if it looked like Apple's renderings. I like it when it looks completely blacked out but a lot of hands-on pictures make it look completely grey and I don't think the contrast looks good. Many say it's just the flash hitting it right, that it is truly pretty dark... but I don't know.

It appears to be naked aluminium much like the white one. But so far as I know it's supposed to be black anodised. Methinks these are pre-production models. Much like they had white iPhone 4s at the launch event for those, even though they didn't manage to get them produced properly until nearly a year later.

Hey Radeon12345. I have the white iPhone 4S. My priors were black. Visible dirt gets into the crevices. I notice little things like that because when it's time to sell it to Gazelle, they are very particular about wear.

But oh well. I'm feeling better about my choice having read all of the responses here. Thanks, guys

I always order the white model, best looking imo. However, I really wish they had yellow

Can't believe that iPhones still don't come in more then 2 colors.

White looks so much better

That's what I was thinking, the gray backing looks AWFUL on the white.

If anything & oh BTW its Silver not grey .. The white 5 looks so much better and as a matter of fact the black looks cheaper and tacky .. You dont see the color of the white iPhone 5 coming off now do you .. Seeing as the Matte Finish on the Black is painted on :| ... Think about that

I got/wanted the white one.

Matches my white iPad, iPod, Volkswagen, ect....


The black, while nice, hides the look to me a bit. I mean, most smartphones are black. The color just blends the detail of the phone. The white and silver is bright and pronounced. "I am iPhone!"
