My Watch is my alarm in case I don't hear my phone but unfortunately it is poor at reminding me to recharge it. The low battery alert needs to be more pronounced. At least once a week lately I've been going to bed and only notice that the Watch is dead and need to be recharged.

I am new to AW from using Fitbit.
I have no issues wearing the AW at night but I find the information useless and not insightful enough to bother with it.

The Fitbit is 10x better at sleep information and overnight metric usefulness.

Used to sleep comfortably with my Stainless S5. Now I use my Ultra just as comfortably using the trail loop band and I love the red night-mode display to check the time in the dark.

Yes for sleep tracking. My battery lasts about a day and half on a charge and I work from home. So it’s easy to use overnight.

I couldn’t disagree more. I had the Fitbit Versa and Lux and they were both horrible at sleep tracking. More times than not it would only give me simplified data. My Series 8 has never failed to give me detailed data.

I slept with every Apple Watch I owned. The Ultra is no different. I don’t feel it while sleeping. The weight don’t bother me at all. Sleep tracking and wrist temps are the features that I use. I charge my watch after work before bed and sometimes in the morning before I shower. Zero problems here.

I try not to sleep with my Ultra, but it's so damn sexy that I can't help but sleep with it.

I'm glad these things are water proof.

:D

I tried a few times to sleep with my Series 5, find it awfully uncomfortable. I am a a light sleeper, and having that thing strapped in my arm didn't help at all. And since it doesn't have fast charging, I was missing out on actual move data in the morning.

I sleep with my Series 6 every night because I use it for both sleep tracking and as an alarm. I used to find it uncomfortable but I think I've just grown used to it now - I use either the braided solo loops or the sport loops when sleeping because I've found those to be most comfortable.

I found sleeping was not a problem as long as I turned on sleep mode and not have that glaring display illuminate the room. I’ve stopped for a while now since sleep tracking doesn’t interest me that much anymore.

I've always slept with a watch on. For no other reason than if I wake in the middle of the night I like to be able to have a quick glance at my wrist for a time check.

Sleep tracking doesn't interest me one bit.

I have a series 8 45ss and is uncomfortable… thinking in buying one 41mm se or s7 only to sleep.

I have the basic 41 MM series 8 and it is light and comfortable for me to wear when I sleep. I also use it to monitor my heart and sleep tracking
