Apple has put a lot of effort on iCloud service, it will not disable it without any notice. BTW, I love the service pretty much as it wasn't block here unlike Dropbox.

Snow Leopard didn't get Lion features, but Lion got iMessages until Mountain Lion came out and Gatekeeper.

Fair point. But in my experience, i still feel that mavericks will become the modern day Snow Leopard. But i might be wrong. I've been plenty of times before.

That's what it said before. They probably haven't updated those pages yet.

iCloud Drive app on iCloud.com beta. This means you'll bra lets access iCloud drive in Mavericks in some form at least.
