I have the seven and no, I’m not gonna upgrade to the 10. Mine works just fine. I don’t see much difference if at all with the upgraded 10. Next year, maybe
No.Assuming that the Series 7 is working properly, undamaged and you are happy with the size, is it worth upgrading to the Series 10?
I do the opposite. I run in a place where the network coverage is poor. Thanks to this, my battery has deteriorated, and in winter the watch can turn off after 15-20 minutes of training at 5-10C (with GSM and music on). I completely turned off GSM on the watch and did not feel the lack. I just do not know if the damage (81% battery) didn't go too far. For this reason, I am looking kindly at the Series 10 without GSM, especially since I really like the large screen. I thought about the Ultra, but I would do the same, turn off GSM, because it will not be better where I live.Totally get that. Honestly, my main reason for even thinking about getting the Series 10 is due to the fact that I got interested in the cellular version which I did not opt for in my Series 7. All other features are a bonus, though I am still not sure whether it is worth it for cellular alone.
I have the same issue with every cellular watch I’ve had. Once the battery gets some age on it, even at >90% health, the watch will shut down when streaming music with LTE during an outdoor run under certain conditions, and it’s often early in the run. This happens at a high charge level, and is repeatable. Apple service hasn’t been helpful, instead pointing to the 80% policy. I suspect the Ultra, with its bigger battery, may be more resistant to developing this issue, but I’ve gone back to running with my phone.I do the opposite. Only YOU can decide if it is “worth” it for you … you’re going to get a lot of opinions either way…Assuming that the Series 7 is working properly, undamaged and you are happy with the size, is it worth upgrading to the Series 10?
I currently have a Series 7 SS gold that I am trading and also have the Series 9 SS Graphite. I was shocked last year the difference between the 7 and the 9. I could certainly tell the difference in weight and even the use and many functions so I can tell you that going from the 7 to the 10 will actually be a big change and if you are wanting cellular then even more reason. From previous watches and trading after the 3 years they really drop in value so now may be your best time to trade.Assuming that the Series 7 is working properly, undamaged and you are happy with the size, is it worth upgrading to the Series 10?
I understood the Series 10 still has the oxygen sensor, just disabled in the US, right?i have the 7 and am looking for discounted deals on series 9 that still have the blood oxygen sensor.

I would say no especially if you're already happy with your existing Series 7. The longer you hold out on upgrading, the more financially sound it is (since the cost of your Series 7 would spread out over even a longer period) and the more features you will get the next time you do "have" to upgrade to a new Apple Watch.Assuming that the Series 7 is working properly, undamaged and you are happy with the size, is it worth upgrading to the Series 10?
I have found the cellular useful because there are times when I don't have a phone with me. Now, I don't often use the cellular feature but to me, spending an extra $100 for that is worth it because:Totally get that. Hmm...this doesn't necessarily solve your problem but it might: have you considered downloading music to your Watch instead of streaming? Indeed, streaming with cell is very battery hungry, but playing local music isn't.I have the same issue with every cellular watch I’ve had. The Series 7 cost me 454 euros. Now I'm selling it to Apple for 125 euros after almost three years.I would say no especially if you're already happy with your existing Series 7.
