I've had a 6S for two years now and I very rarely use this feature. I'm wondering, is this an under-used feature or do people get real productivity out of it?
its hilarious that 3d touch is even a thing. i think it might be the biggest gimmick apple has ever released. its basically the equivalent of holding the screen down to initiate a secondary action except instead of making the software do that, you integrate an entire hardware layer to the screen.
When I had a 6S I rarely used it. It just wasn't quicker than doing things then normal way. It's a gimmick in my opinion.
Although with that said, I did find the keyboard cursor thing useful.
The bigger problem are probably the iPads. Apparently they haven't found a way yet to make it work with larger displays.hopefully they'll improve this in iOS, when all of the iphones have it.
but thanks to the SE this will still take a few years....
Yes it has. Otherwise this phone is not only underwhelming but also a huge step back.does iphone x have force touch?
