I use it all the time but only in one single way - I really like navigating through safari and clicking links using it. Something satisfying about “diving in” to the next link I want to follow.

I use it for a few things, like people above said I use it for the cursor. I have all me apps in folders with other apps that are similar, like a games folder or a shopping folder the good thing about 3D touch is that if you 3D touch on the folder it shows you which apps have notifications which is great for the folders that have alot of apps in it because I don't have to spend alot of time scrolling to find my application.

Edit: also use it to adjust brightness of lights in house.

Had no clue about the folder notifications that awesome thank you!

I love 3D Touch and personally use it all the time - hated 11.0 when they took away 3D Touch for multitasking for example.

The biggest issue however with 3D Touch is the implementation of it. Generally people don’t know it’s there or how to use it, and if you don’t know it’s there it’s not intuitive enough to just discover. I have lots of friends who still fiddle around dragging their fingers around the screen to move the cursor when typing instead of 3D touching the keyboard. My colleague who downloaded iOS 11 couldn’t understand why the music player in control centre had become so limited, and even when I explained to her you have to force touch it to pop it open she had no idea what I was talking about. The implementation of 3D Touch has been clumsy and un-Apple-like (or totally Apple-like if we’re looking at recent years), most people outside of the tech geek forums don’t know it even exists
