Who eats dorito's at their computer? No, I'm serious. Why the hell would you do that...that's like asking "How did my keys get orange?!" and never coming to the realization that you eat cheeto's all the time while browsing YouTube.

Haha, ironically, I'm eating some right now. And typing single handedly.

Where's the "Sometimes" choice?

Usually I use the trackpad, but I have a couple of apps that require the 3rd wheel button, so must use a mouse for those.

Wouldn't "sometimes" be "yes I use a mouse?" The question doesn't ask if you use a mouse exclusively. I use the track pad sometimes, but most of the time I use a mouse. Therefore I answered Yes.

On the white macbook, I'd use a mouse. The trackpad is too small and is "sticky" sometimes. I used the Apple Mightymouse for a while, but I didn't like the "nipple" scrollwheel. So I switched to a logitech mouse (S500 desktop) and it is marvelous. I'll still use it for this unibody from time to time.

I dont mind the trackpad at all, but 95% of the time that I'm home i have an apple keyboard and bluetooth mighty mouse hooked up with my macbook:)

Always a Bluetooth mighty mouse for me

I always have my Bluetooth Mighty Mouse with me, even when out in the field. I find the trackpad to be slow and unusable. Only time I used it was when my Mighty Mouse broke and I hadn't gone and got another one.

Hi,
When I'm at my desk or table, I always use a Logitech bluetooth mouse, otherwise, for portable work etc, the trackpad.
The trackpad on the new unibody is pretty good, but the 'click' doesn't sound too good. Much too hard!
All in all, I prefer the mouse.
Cheers+

I always use the trackpad unless I'm playing games (rare on my MB) or doing some photoshop editing.

I use the trackpad most of the time, but it really varies. When I need to get some work down, and I'm at my desk, I use my Logitech VX Nano. When I'm just working on my blog, or browsing the web, the trackpad's gestures help a lot.

I used to on my blackbook, but since they greatly improved the trackpad on the new macbooks, I'm so in love with it I'd never consider using a mouse with my laptop again! My mighty mouse is now on the shelf, collecting dust.

I use a Logitech v200 wireless mouse most of the time with my MacBook. I setup the the right/left wheel click to go forward/back in the history of the active app...comes in very handy during web browsing. If I had one of the newer MacBooks with multitouch I'm sure I would use the trackpad more. Also I just feel I have more precise control over the pointer with a mouse.

Trackpads are for back up only. I really love my new Kensington
Slimblade mouse. Replaced my old Logitech Revolution, which was ok but
not nearly as nice as the new one.
