After updating to 10.11.5 on my 13" rMBP, I've encountered an issue when logging out or shutting down the computer. The dock just won't die. This isn't the only dock related issue I've had since the update either. Although the update seems to have fixed system freezes (for some people), it has also introduced new bugs. New features are coming into 10.12, so I can only expect more bugs.

Here are a couple screenshots after logging out.

Recently ran into the same exact problem. After reading this thread, I removed anything from Wacom, and now the Mac shuts down properly. Did you reinstall the Wacom drivers afterward? Everything still OK after that?
