Does anyone else absolutely love how open and brutally honest Steve Jobs is?

Kinda refreshing to me. BP could learn a lesson here.

Judging by his recent responses he'd probably suggest "Just don't go to the coast!"

Apple's web site can't handle orders, he has no comment that I saw.

I emailed him on that last week and got the following reply within a few minutes

Sorry. Too many customers wanted their phones on day one. The laws of physics prohibit this, so some will be upset.
