Where are you getting 20-30%? The post from yesterday with a sample size of 1? You do realize that means basically nothing, right?
Just because they are selling the same product but with total different 2 version with total different battery life. In a lot of country, that is already a potential lawsuit.
Not if both of them meet advertised specifications, it wouldn't be.

ETA... You can sue anyone for just about anything. The question is... How likely are you to win, and is winning going to be worth the trouble of suing. You would be unlikely to win this "potential lawsuit", and the payoff would be minimal. So go ahead and start your lawsuit, if it's that important to you.

Is there any conclusive evidence of this 20-30% difference in battery life? Because last I heard it was based on a sample size of 1 unit for each chip, and now people are losing their minds over it.
