I'm looking for a current Intel Mini model, but all used/refurb models seem to have at least Catalina installed. I depend on a 32-bit app, so would want to downgrade to Mojave. Any advice on how to do this since Mojave is now "dead"? I do currently have a 2012 i7 Mini running Mojave - could that be migrated to a 2018-2020 model?

Downgrade 2018-2020 Intel Mac Mini to Mojave?

The 2018 Mini was the last one before the M1 Mini. It came with Mojave so, yes, you can migrate from your 2012 Mini.
