Oh no. The spec boys are going to go nuts with no quad core processor. We'll have to listen to then howl about getting an Acer Samsung Xyboard (but they'll really just get an ipad anyway).
So why have two separate versions ? That doesn't make sense.
Yup. And next we will see iFixIt do a video teardown of it.

This is BS. There is no reason to sell separate models for each network.
This SUCKS! So, if I buy for AT&T in USA I won't be able to switch to Verizon, I won't be able to use it on 3G, and I won't be able to use it at all overseas? WTF!
Talk about FRAGMENTED!
Another Apple controlled leak to find out where the leaks are coming from...
You think Apple is really going to confuse consumers by offering 3 variations of cellular connectivity? 3G, Verizon LTE, ATT LTE... not happening

Me thinks people have the iPad HD confused with the Apple TV HD
iPad 3 and Apple TV HD.
Unlikely that the A15 will be ready for this iPad. Anyway, the article states that the CPU is essentially the same as the one in the A5, just with more RAM (well, thank goodness for small mercies) and an improved GPU.Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)
Do people not realise that a Double-Core A15 chip is better than a Quad-Core A9? Which is hopefully what Apple will be doing
Read carefully---the 3G model will be available internationally (i.e. outside the US). The number of models available in the US tomorrow will be no different than for the iPad 2 (6 Wifi, 6 Verizon, 6 AT&T).

Same device should work accross verizon & att. If I spend ~$700 on an iPad I should not be tied to a carrier.
I'd guess that they will also support each carrier's 3G bands. I'm an AT&T customer so I'm not that familiar with Verizon but don't all of their LTE phones also work on their 3G network?
I still don't buy it. I feel like we will be seeing just 3G again, and AT&T's HSPA+.
