Ordered 42 Space Gray Sport and 38 White Sport @ 2:01 and both will ship for the 24th. I had both in my Apple Store app favorites and used ApplePay. I was tired by the time 2AM came around and felt like I did something wrong because it was too easy. I worried that I missed something. By 2:05 I was in the bed. Emails came at 2:03.
I ordered a 38mm black aluminum sport with black band. It was 3:05 am.
Confirmation email says 4-6 weeks.

Kinda annoyed right now. I get up at 3am and see 4-6 weeks?
Plus I'm about to lose it if I see another 'the 38mm is tiny' thread.
Try on appointment at 11:45. If it's too small, I'll probably either cancel or eBay it. Not interested in waiting until June for something I don't even need to begin with.

Woke up in the middle of the night to preorder. Took all of 3 minutes. Was expecting a hellish experience like with most iPhone preorders.

I'm not sure if 38 is small or not but I went 42 for the same reason I went 6+, its easier for me to see a bigger display. I hate to admit I'm getting older but I am. Ha.
I'm really glad that I set my alarm to wake up for the preorders.

SS 42mm Milanese - delivery 24/4-8/5.
Went and tried a few on today - glad I did. Really wanted the link but in person the links themselves are so thin and TBH the band felt a bit cheap, links should have been twice as thick to give it a more premium feel.
The Milanese was magic and the best fitting out of all the bands. A great firm hold and super comfy. Magnet is fairly tough and it's not too 'bling' for gym.
Leather loop in blue was a close tie - beautiful. The rep warned it wouldn't be suitable for the gym and sweat will eventually deteriorate the band.
The sport looked way too anodized for my liking - the bands are fiddly and don't hug the top edges of the (my) wrist. White is pretty cool.
So considering I wanted it primarily for workouts and didn't want the hassle of changing bands - I went for the Milanese.
The screen is absolutely magic. You'll be blown away. Taptic engine is great too.

Ordered the 38mm SS with white sport band and got a ship date of 4/24 to 5/8. Also ordered the link band with a snipe date of 2-4 weeks.
Wow, very nice. That is my favorite of all the watches, but I went with my wallet on this and got the 42mm Space Gray.

That's what mine said when I placed the order. The confirmation email says May 13-17. This was 3:05am.
Didn't set a clock or anything, just figured I usually wake up around 3am-ish (I'm on the east coast). Wound up waking up about 4, stumbled downstairs to my office (literally, almost fell down the stairs, hahaha....)

42 SS with link band - Apple Store website was of course down right at 3am, refresh refresh refresh, wasn't up until 3:08 for me. Saw the link was 4-6 weeks right off the bat, checked other models to see if I could get them sooner, but went with the link like I'd planned.
The reason I didn't use the Apple Store App is because I had an Apple gift card which the app doesn't support. Got confirmation email at 3:13.
