Sport / 42mm / Space Gray / ordered @ 12:02 4/24-5/8 shipping

Sport / 42mm / Aluminum Blue Band / ordered @ 12:02 4/24-5/8 shipping

Sport / 42mm / Space Gray / ordered @ 12:04 4/24-5/8 shipping

Sport / 42mm / Aluminum Green Band / ordered @ 12:06 4/24-5/8 shipping

Using the app with Apple pay was the difference maker

I thought there was a limit of two?

My confirmation email was at 3:01 so I should get my SS Back Sport band on launch day even though I got the 4/24-5/8 like everyone else.

That's an assumption on you part and by no means guaranteed. It may well get it on launch but what is more likely you will get it some time in that delivery period or it could also be possible those delivery dates might slip further.

I ordered my :apple:Watch sport with blue band at 3:02 am ET with April 24-May 8 shipping.

True, it's an assumption based on hope :)

42mm/Sport/Space Grey/Black Band - ordered at 3:04am with shipping scheduled May 13-May 27. I'm hopeful I'll receive it sooner.

Completed order at about 3:05AM EST, still stuck waiting until May 13-May 27 for Stainless with Black Sport Band.

Set my alarm for 1:57am central time. Got into the Apple Store app to order at about 2:02am. Had my 2 set as favorites, but didn't use Apple Pay. Went to order one and then the other, but realized that I couldn't add 2 to a cart and had to do them individually. So here are my results:

42mm Space Black SS Apple Watch with black link band - 4-6 weeks/5.13-5.27 - confirmation email at 2:03am

38 mm SS Apple Watch with Soft Pink Modern Buckle, Medium - 4-6 weeks/5.13-5.27 - confirmation email at 2:04am

Hoping that these times improve, just like the rest of you! :D

Consider yourself very lucky. Most who ordered the space gray have to wait til June.

Yep, almost makes me feel like I won the lottery (back up).
Seriously, I agree. I ordered mine about 3:03 am EST(give or take a minute or two) and ended up with the second (May 13 - May 27) window.
I always try to look at any given situation on the brighter side.

I had my iMac with Safari running (constantly refreshing the page).
My iPad running the Apple Store App
And my iPhone running the Apple Store App
All were devices were lined up and primed. The App (on my iPhone I think) was the first to load.

Even though I didn't come in first place (with the first delivery window) I'm thrilled about not having to wait till June or even later.

Someone said 'keep me posted' so here goes. I went to the Apple Store earlier than the appointment. Tried on the 38 and the 42 sport edition. No point trying on the SS as there is NO way I'm paying the extra $200.

The strange thing is that the 42 'seems' to fit my 155mm wrist better than the 38, BUT when I tool a picture of both, the 42 looked ridiculous. I'm not sure why that is. Maybe lack of sleep messed up my eyes?

Anyway, I have a 42 on pre-order as well with a June delivery. I don't know if I can wait that long, so I may end up keeping the 38.

As you can see from the pics, the 42mm looks like a calculator is strapped to my arm, yet in person...not so bad.

Got up at 2 AM central time and for what?

I got up at 2 A.M Central time to be sure to get my order in right away and my delivery date is in June yet I see people who ordered hours later have the same delivery date so why did I even bother?? When I first checked out it was talking about late April to early May and then wham it all changed. Anybody else regret getting up?

WOW that 42mm looks HUGE! On other pics it doesn't look that way. May I ask your stature? Are you a bigger guy?

Said this in another forum I'm somewhat teed off....

Set my iPhone alarm for 1:55 CST and my alarm never went off...

Ordered at 6AM EST and June shipping date for 42mm all black sport

To those of us who are the fatithful and were up when the preorders went live (especially my fellows here in EST who were up at 3AM like myself) what watch did you pick and what's your expected ship date? Myself I went for Apple Watch Sport in Space Grey 42MM. I've got a ship date of 4 - 6 weeks in my confirm email.

42mm SS with Milanese Loop. Expected 4/24-5/8

Ordering for me went perfectly. Up at 2:45 and ready with my iPhone, iPad and iMac as backup. Ordered via iPad Apple App around 3:01 with three separate orders. First myself, a 42mm SS w/ black classic buckle & AppleCare. Next up wife's 38mm SS w/ Milanese loop & AppleCare. Lastly a white sport band for me and pink for the wife. Both watches 4/24 - 5/8 delivery and bands generic May delivery date.

Honestly I can see watches being in short supply but bands too, really?

Ordered a rMB 4/22 Delivery, Apple Watch SS Milanese Loop 4/24 - 5/8 Delivery

Stone Band after I saw it in the store. It was the best looking. It arrives mid may.

The 38mm watch is WAAAAAAY too small. It's really a watch for a woman TBQH or a guy with seriously small wrists. The bands are way to big for it. They need some smaller bands that would be more appropriate for a woman or someone with a small wrist.

Confirmation email at 3:02, 38mm SG Aluminum with shipping of 4/24-5/8. No Apple Pay either, just had to enter the verification number of my CC. Even without :apple:Pay it was a breeze.

Woke up at 2:45am eastern time so I'd be ready, used the app and had the watch saved already and used Apple Pay, was ordered right whe the app went live and had my email confirmation at 3:02am, ordered the White 42mm Sport Watch with a ship date of April 24th-May 8th
