I know exactly what I'm talking about. For example, when Apple pulled their poker app from the App Store it was also removed from my purchases. That let's me know that they have the ability to remove apps from purchases.

I downloaded mine the same day they pulled it. Mine still shows up in purchased items and I've since put it on my other devices.

whew! glad I didn't throw my old iPhone up there in hopes of scoring big.

This is ridiculous. People that have never played flappy birds, splashy fish is almost the exact same thing except its a fish instead of a bird and it is available on the App Store and I'm pretty sure it's also on play store for free. I don't see why anyone would pay thousands of dollars for a phone that has flappy bird installed on it, unless you are a millionaire and you want the satisfaction of showing people that you have the original, one and only flappy bird app installed on your phone then go right ahead and buy a phone that has flappy bird installed on it for thousands of dollars.

on craigslist people are listing the game. My question is whats the point of buying a iPhone or iPad with this game if when you put your iTunes account on the iPad or iPhone the game will be erased...... wouldn't it?

so if I have flappy bird on my macbook pro I can transfer it to as many iPhones as I want ? haha going to make a ton of cash next week then haha

Mac book pro I'm not familiar with. iPhones and iPads it will still be there when you log in with your account. Any app that is downloaded from a different account though you cannot update and if you ever factory reset the phone you won't get it back

Are you guys serious? If people want to take these games so seriously that they become addicted thats their own problem... I on the other hand am not a child and can play a game without it taking over my entire life.
Not everyone is as strong as you. There are plenty of people who are weak and easily get addicted and pay a lot of money (perhaps indirectly). Some are not even in the double digits of age.

I'm so sick of eBay controlling what people can post. It's individuals selling to individuals they should be allowed to sell whatever they want within reason.

It' breaks eBay's electronics policy to sell these phones on the site.

Smartphones and tablets must be restored to factory settings before they are allowed to be sold on eBay. Please remove all content from your device, including the game Flappy Bird, before you attempt to list your item again. Please be sure your current and future listings follow these guidelines, keeping in mind that additional listing violations could result in the suspension of your account.
We understand that you may have been unaware of these guidelines, and we encourage you to learn how to keep your experiences on eBay successful.

So, eBay has the right to remove this devices by policy.
