Feeling mutual for people like you that feel Apple can do no wrong.
Whoa there! Did I say I would like it if they missed their own deadline? No. I said I hate when people use lawsuits as the answer to everything. You and your friends here are castigating Apple for something they haven't even done yet. You've convicted them already. If you want to know, I think that's childish and priggish as h*ll.

I'm done with this thread. I'm also done with people who think everything revolves around them. If you can't read and understand plain English then too bad.

I hear you but come January 1, 2019 and Apple has NOT released the functionally of the ECG function in the United States I would feel that a class action lawsuit will be warranted.

What is your obsession with class action lawsuits in the US? They don't even make you rich. The only people who'd be cashing in the checks are the lawyers while people losing money would be Apple execs when you'd be given pennies for all the time you invest in.

I highly doubt a lot of people understand how the class action lawsuits work other than a means to get rich.

I was with you through the first part of your post. Then I saw "class action lawsuit." You lost me there. I hate when people suggest that as a solution to anything.

Old adage.... "Follow the money". Everyone's out to make a free buck.. As the dude said, "Patience, Grasshopper, Patience". Funny, how people have spent upwards of $400 for a watch, "Solely for the ECG Function", when Amazon sells 3rd party devices for as little as $69. Those are available now. Why drop $400 for something when you can get it for $70, unless it's just so they can have a bitch? Some people's children.

I find it odd that anyone would believe that they could sue in court for a non-binding statement. Maybe they work for Definers?

Those statements are not going to be viewed by anyone as "non-binding," if what you mean is insulated from liability in the event that Apple doesn't deliver within the specified timeframe. Not, as some here seem to think, two months or one month or even a week before the end of the year. But on the other hand, there are two very specific promises that have been made, and Apple will have to accept liability for those if they fail to do what they've promised (twice) to do.

This all appears to be pointless speculation, however, at least assuming the information MR reported this week is true.

And at the end of the day, Apple will do whatever Apple does, and no amount of posting here will change that at all.
