That just means you cant change the config you chose and cant cancel your order. Doesnt say jack about not being able to return it!

I am in UK which has different policy from US, I have posted a snapshot

by the way, who knows under what conditions, one can get a brand new replacement?

Even though you may want the newest one, you'll most likely not even notice the speed bump in your usual usage. If you only do word processing, e-mail and browsing and such, a plastic white macbook will do the exact same thing just as efficiently.

I think you're over worrying about this.

My daily work on MBP is quite heavy. If i just need email, doc etc, i would have gone for Air.
