With the restart, my MacBook pro is ignoring to save any changes that I have done previously! It won't save "Show Wi-fi status in menu bar" or "Show Time Machine in menu bar"
It's behaving weirdly! Sometimes it will start up with Brightness dimmed to zero. Sometimes it will wake up from sleep with the black screen! I don't know what is going on with it?!!
    Can anyone help me out?

Try reseting the PRAM by cold booting while holding down the command-option-p-r key combination until you hear the startup chime a third time.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the SMC: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
