That's not a pro that's a regular vapor knockoff.


I took my knockoff vapor pro off my phone. The finish was decent it looked just like a vapor pro, fit was marginal I could never get it tight enough and it would slide a bit front to back. The worse part was it destroyed my signal.

I guess I'll buy a real one if I want an aluminum case that won't kill my signal.

ummmm, I did say Vapor 4, NOT Pro. and this is the Element Vapor thread..... :D
Ive had no problems with my Vapor Pro knockoff, kinda like it :). But I wouldnt spend 150$ on it, its not worth even 50$ IMHO.
 
Its the best case on the market for the iphone 4 hands down. There is not another case that compares to it. And my husband and I have tried them all.

My husband's venom pics I finally got around to post.

The back piece is not being used although it is really neat. So its just laid on there to show you what is looks like. But here are the pics.

yup none of the other cases kill the GPS signal like this "best" case (OEM Vapor Pro) does. :rolleyes:

The more I read this thread, the more of a vengeance you seem to have for this company for ome reason!! Now why would that be? Maybe you are associated with another case manufacturer? ;)

or maybe u r a shill ;), thats why i come across as that even though ive given good reviews of the vapor 4 made by the same company. Why do u have to go to such lengths to defend the company's products, are they paying you to do this ? Im writing my opinions, I dont have to be an enemy of the company to have a poor opinion of one of its products. The GPS issue has been reported by a lot of users, so Buzz off. :D ;)

BTW that venom crap that you showed pics of is really ugly IMHO :D. I dont think i would want that even it were free. The black pieces on a black phone make it worse. It looks better in white or silver, but I like the Vapor 4 much better, especially the satin nickel color.

I got the silver knockoff from XJD. For 35$, I'm happy with the case. I wouldn't spend more than that for it since I don't think they r worth it, especially with iP5 just around the corner. Had a bad experience with Ebaysz, but others have reported they were happy with the cases they got from Ebaysz.

I'm trying out one more for a buddy. This one is from Guangdong, will report back when I get it. Check previous pages for pics of the silver knockoff I got from XJD. cheers
 
Your special!! That's why Element's best selling case was probably the AR-15 and the Venom is exactly the same so what does that say? Maybe your taste is bad, or let me rephrase that and say your taste does suck. But keep on preaching about issues with this case that does not have! I think its hilarious, you almost seem jealous that you don't or can't afford the real deal so you turn to cheap imitations. They must make a terrible product, that's why they have sold about 50 times more cases then the next case manufacture has. I'm sure they are laughing all the way to the bank. But keep poking, I get a kick out of your responses.

I bought 2 silver ones (SILVER/SILVER with clear piece) from eBayZ and I am selling them at my cost + shipping: BOTH are brand new - never used. I bought them for the rest of my family but they didn't like the metal case feel.

$45 shipped for 1
$35 shipped for the another which has a small defect (nick) in the corner. Couldn't return it to them because the shipping cost is too high so I just kept it.

EbayZ is selling these for $42. Get yours from me and not have to wait :D Quality is pretty awesome for knock offs. Again, both are brand new with everything including the box, case, speed wrench, inserts, and back protector.

I think you are not understanding correctly. Polzi is correct. A lot of people including myself are having issues with GPS and some with signal.. both are issue with me. Its not only in ny i travel and its affecting in few other states. I have the real spectra pro and older vapor 4. both suck. Yours kills signal too, I would love to see some videos with venom on and off (dont even screw it on) just show video before vapor is on and after. Guarantee it kills it. Same with gps. I will try the e12ctron hybrid and atomic c24 hybrid next. btw anyone want vapor pro (real version) - $80 pm me
 
Actually he not correct about these issues and most people who had had problems no longer have them or have changed their story. Polzi is a cancer to this site and is definitely a plant. He makes it so painfully obvious!

Applegirl isn't the only one speaking up for this case. As a matter of fact you are the only one that puts it down as much as you do.

I think it does a great job of maintaining a signal.

Read my lips!!!!!!! I am not a shill. I like this case. If you remember a poll of metal cases was done, the Element Pro won easily. So if we're shills almost half the metal case buyers are shills. It's an attractive design that works well. I think you just enjoy stirring up trouble. You keep purchasing this case or cheap copies yet you trash it incessantly. I find it hard to not post a personal attack including profanities.

The case is not worth even 40$ to me. i bought a knockoff for reviewing since some of my friends asked me to look into it. i bought 2 more knockoffs for friends. They agreed that it wasnt worth what Element was asking especially since it has the GPS issue. The knockoffs dont have the GPS issue, lmao, that was the icing on the cake."
The $35 knockoff doesnt have the GPS issue that the $130-150 + shipping OEM version does. So the OEM version is a POS compared to the knockoff. :D

Polsi is not even worth arguing with. He acts like a high school kid, for all we know he probably is and if he ain't then I would be ashamed to act like him. You can't win with people with a mentality like he has so don't even try. I am done with him. I think the size of this thread speaks for itself and the number of people who have bought their cases also speaks for itself. So Element has made a great product, became very successful and along with success you get jealous people like Polsi! It just comes with the territory I guess.

I own a Pro Venom I love the case and even though my signal is not affected by this case,and I use it every day, and have had no issues with dropped calls, the GPS is affected and becomes unreliable with the case on. This issue does not bother me since I do not use the gps.

In my house my GPS might be off 20 feet or so but driving it's spot on and so is my husbands so I have nothing to complain about. My husband travels a lot for his job and he uses it all the time for directions and has never had an issue.

Just a FYI, this is my exact experience too with the Vapor Pro. When I don't need GPS this is my favorite case. The GPS locks fast, but can be off by a city block or more. Sometimes it is right on and then I turn the corner and it goes off by a block. This never happens with my polymer cases. However, I have not seen an effect on 3G signal.
 
my-oh-my. there is an issue with GPS signals on the OEM vapor pro ? You guys are either enemies of Element or are just jealous of the company's success :p. lmao. :D

EDIT : I forgot one possibility, you work for a competitor...... :rolleyes:
